The MR129 Type B – Sentinel Side Skirts extend the bold, substantial design language of the Sentinel series along the sides of the Mercedes-Benz R129.

Designed specifically for 1989–1995 Pre-Facelift R129 models, the Sentinel Side Skirts visually lower the body and add greater depth through broad surfaces, balanced proportions, and clean transitions that complement the original Mercedes-Benz shape.

Rather than relying on sharp edges, exaggerated fins, or race-inspired details, the Type B philosophy creates presence through visual mass and proportion. The result is a more planted and muscular profile while preserving the timeless character of the R129.
