Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days after payment is received.

Because many MR129 products are made-to-order, 3D printed, or produced in small batches, processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

  • Print and post-processing requirements

  • Customization requests

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.

Physical Products

Physical products include, but are not limited to:

  • Front lips

  • Rear spoilers

  • Side skirt components

  • Tow hook covers

  • Apparel and merchandise

Digital Downloads

Digital products include:

  • STL files

  • Scan data

  • Reference files

  • Digital design packages

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase and payment confirmation.

No physical item will be shipped for digital download purchases.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

International Shipping

MR129 ships worldwide whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • GST

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Any taxes imposed by the destination country

MR129 has no control over customs processing times or fees charged by local authorities.

Customs Declarations

International shipments are declared accurately according to their contents and applicable regulations.

Typical automotive aero and accessory components may be classified under applicable automotive accessory tariff categories.

MR129 will not falsify customs declarations or undervalue merchandise.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery performance becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged during transit

  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.

We will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.

Photos of damaged packaging and products may be required.

Large Parts and Oversized Shipments

Certain products, including:

  • Full bumpers

  • Widebody components

  • Large spoilers

  • Side skirts

  • Custom fabricated parts

may require special packaging or freight shipping.

Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated prior to shipment if necessary.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

MR129 is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Undeliverable shipments

  • Packages returned due to customer error

Any reshipping costs resulting from address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
