Digital File & Physical Product License Agreement

By purchasing and/or downloading any 3D-printable file ("the File") or a physical product ("the Product") from MR129, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital File License

  • The digital file is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may print the design for your own vehicle but may not sell, distribute, or share the digital file in any form.
  • Resale or modification of the digital file for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Physical Product Terms

  • Any physical product purchased from MR129 is for personal use only.
  • Resale or reproduction of MR129 physical products—whether through 3D printing, molding, or any other method—is strictly prohibited.
  • MR129 reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our products.

3. General Disclaimer

  • MR129 is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our files or products, including but not limited to:
    • Printing errors
    • Improper fitment
    • Damages to your vehicle or 3D printer
  • While our designs have been tested, results may vary depending on printer settings, materials, or installation methods.
  • All designs remain the intellectual property of MR129, a brand owned and operated by AT TECHNOLOGIES HOLDING, LLC. Purchasing a file or product does not grant ownership of the design—only the right to use it for personal purposes.

By purchasing or downloading from MR129, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Unauthorized use or violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Liability Waiver & Product Use Disclaimer

By purchasing and using any products from MR129, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Off-Road Use Only

All products designed and manufactured by MR129 are intended for off-road or show use only. These products are not certified for street use and may not comply with local, state, or federal regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the legality of using these products in their respective region.

This includes any issues arising from the use or misuse of MR129 products.

5. Installation & Professional Guidance

  • The installation and use of MR129 products should be performed by qualified professionals.
  • MR129 is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation or use.
