MR129 specializes in aftermarket parts, accessories, digital files, and custom-designed products primarily for Mercedes-Benz R129 vehicles.

Many products offered by MR129 are:

  • Limited-production items

  • Digital STL files and design files

Products may require assembly, finishing, modification, painting, sanding, trimming, fiberglass work, bodywork, or professional installation.

Product photos, renderings, and descriptions are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Off-Road and Motorsport Use Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, all aerodynamic components, body modifications, and performance-related products sold by MR129 are intended for:

Off-road use only
Show vehicle use
Motorsport and exhibition purposes

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether any modification complies with federal, state, local, or international laws and regulations.

MR129 makes no representation that any product is legal for street use in any jurisdiction.

By purchasing and installing any MR129 product, the customer assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Vehicle Modification Disclaimer

All modifications to a vehicle are performed at the customer's own risk.

MR129 shall not be held liable for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Improper installation

  • Paint damage

  • Body damage

  • Mechanical failures

  • Electrical failures

  • Loss of vehicle value

  • Loss of use

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Accidents resulting from installation or use of any product

The customer assumes all risks associated with modifying their vehicle.

Professional installation is strongly recommended where applicable.

5. Fitment Disclaimer

Many MR129 products are designed using OEM scans, reverse engineering techniques, or measurements from original vehicles and components.

Due to:

  • Vehicle age

  • Previous repairs

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Bodywork variations

  • Aftermarket modifications

Minor adjustments may be required during installation.

MR129 does not guarantee perfect fitment on every vehicle.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

6. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • STL files

  • CAD files

  • Scan data

  • Digital design packages

Upon purchase, customers are granted a non-transferable license for personal use.

Customers may not:

  • Resell digital files

  • Redistribute digital files

  • Share download links

  • Upload files to third-party marketplaces

  • Claim ownership of MR129 designs

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All MR129 designs, models, files, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and website content remain the exclusive property of MR129.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, returns may be limited.

Digital products are non-refundable.

Physical products may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item was shipped

  • The product has not been installed or modified

Customers must contact MR129 within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR129 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Product purchase

  • Product installation

  • Product use

  • Vehicle modifications

  • Shipping delays

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

MR129's total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Shipping and Customs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT

  • GST

  • Brokerage charges

  • Local taxes

MR129 is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies, carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated otherwise.

MR129 disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
