The MR129 Type A – Alpha Front Lip is an original MR129 design developed for all Mercedes-Benz R129 models (1989–2002). Engineered as a universal front lip platform, it can be adapted to both pre-facelift and facelift bumpers, allowing builders to achieve a sharper, more aggressive front-end appearance while maintaining the elegant proportions that define the R129.

Installation

Assembly typically requires 30–45 minutes before installation onto the vehicle.

Assemble the front lip using the supplied alignment hardware before permanently mounting it to the factory bumper. Depending on the bumper configuration and desired finish, minor trimming or fitting may be required. For permanent installation, use a suitable structural adhesive together with mechanical fasteners where desired.

Once assembled, the front lip can be painted or finished with fiberglass or carbon fiber to match your build.
