That’s where the MR129 FLS-B Front Lip Spoiler Kit comes in — a bold, OEM+ chin spoiler designed specifically for the 1996–2002 Mercedes-Benz SL models with the factory Sport bumper. Inspired by period-correct styling with a modern edge, this kit is now available as a physical product, ready to install out of the box.

💡 Not compatible with pre-facelift bumpers or standard non-sport bumpers.

If you’re not sure which bumper your R129 has, check the lower valance — the Sport bumper is deeper, has a more aggressive fog light design, and typically came on models from 1996–2002 or AMG packages.
